Using InstantAccess to confirm or cancel your trip
You will be able to confirm or cancel your MetroAccess trips with your MetroAccess ID number using the keypad on your touch-tone telephone. New: Now you can cancel a trip with as little as two hours' notice without penalty, either through speaking with a customer service representative or using our automated InstantAccess service.
1. Contact our Reservations Department at 301-562-5360 and listen for option 3, entitled "InstantAccess."
2. Use your MetroAccess ID number as your user name, and your birth date (mm/dd/yyyy) as your password, for example, 01/01/1958.
