Metrorail line managers

Metrorail line managers are responsible and accountable for all aspects of rail service, including a delay-free and safe trip, customer service, maintenance and clean stations and trains. Customers are encouraged to contact the line manager directly with questions or concerns about that line manager's line.

Red Line Manager Belynda Jones

Blue/Orange Manager Charles Dziduch

Charles Dziduch began his Metro career 27 years ago, during which time he’s amassed managerial, operating and budget experience. Green/Yellow Manager Rita Davis

Ms. Davis began her career at Metro as a bus operator 31 years ago. Since then, she has amassed managerial, operating and budget experience, working her way through rail operations up to General Superintendent of Rail Transportation in November 2003.
